Rotisserie Skewers



For the second time we used the rotisserie feature on our oven. This time we tried shish kebobs. We started cooking the potato-only skewers first, since those take longer to cook, and added the onion-steak and pepper-zucchini skewers later. No recipe required and absolutely delicious—and presumably pretty darn healthy.

  2. yum! how do you like the smeg - the gas top controls and gas levels are good?
    Anyhow, I just remembered I could see progress here - been so immersed in the new job and momhood. Looking great despite the usual construction issues. those floors are to die for. My cousin and aunt came for a brief visit from Taiwan and I discovered they were staying at your hotel, Steve. They quite enjoyed it. Hope you are both well. Love the poster too - seems like the two of you follow that motto well. Cheers!!
