Yesterday we finally finally FINALLY received the feedback from the co-op board that we've been waiting for (for TWO months, I might add). The verdict is:
• YES to running a water line to the fridge for an ice maker (this wasn't a make-or-break-it issue, but it will be nice)
• YES to expanding the bathrooms (this was especially important for the guest bathroom)
• NO to a laundry closet (though this is a big bummer, at the very least we now have one extra closet for storage)
• NO to moving the toilet in the master bath (another big bummer, which means no double-wide sink in there).
All in all, the important thing is that we can now move forward with these revisions. Let the REAL spending of money commence...!
