... off to a slow start...

Now that we have the go-ahead from the co-op board, we've submitted our paperwork to the DOB and, this week, will be soliciting bids from contractors. We're hoping that these two paths coincide and that we will have our winning contractor by the time we have our DOB paperwork in order. All in all though, we're really finding this to be agonizingly slow. And so we bide our time by reviewing the floor plans to make sure that all is in order, as well as confirming our appliance choices. Not so exciting. We did, however, just place our order for the wood flooring as well as for the kitchen cabinetry. I guess you could say that borders on excitement for us these days...
